Eu já fiz um post há um tempinho contando um pouco sobre o que é peeling e os tipos de peeling que existe (clique aqui para ler) e hoje eu vim explicar sobre o peeling de cristal e o de diamante, que tenho certeza que muita gente tem curiosidade de saber como funciona. Então vamos lá...

I already did a post a little ago telling you about what is peeling and the types of peeling who exist (click here to read) and today I came explain about the crystal peeling and the diamond peeling, that I have sure much people has curiosity to know. So let's go...

POR: O peeling de cristal é um tratamento estético, no qual utiliza-se um aparelho de sucção (vácuo) juntamente com cristais de hidróxido de alumínio (por isso o nome do peeling) retirando assim a camada mais superficial da pele (epiderme), promovendo a produção de colágeno e por consequência o rejuvenescimento. Este tipo de tratamento é indicado para combater cicatrizes de acne, rugas finas, linhas de expressão, manchas na pele, cicatrizes pós-cirúrgicas, poros muito dilatados e estrias corporais. O procedimento tem duração entre 20 e 30 minutos e é totalmente indolor, faz-se uma pequena limpeza da pele, em seguida utiliza-se os cristais juntamente com o vácuo fazendo a dermoabrasão, e por consequência retirando a camada externa da pele. Quando acaba-se a seção a pele apresenta-se com uma vermelhidão e é indicado o uso de protetor solar e cremes hidratantes todos os dias e evitar exposição ao sol nos primeiros dias após o tratamento. Os resultados são satisfatórios em cerca de 5 sessões, com um prazo de 15 dias entre elas. As contra indicações incluem infecções na pele no local em que será realizado o peeling, para grávidas o procedimento só não pode ser realizado na região abdominal. O procedimento pode ser feito por dermatologista, fisioterapeuta ou esteticista.

ENG: The crystal peeling is an aesthtic treatment which is used a suction apparatus (vacuum) together with aluminium hydroxide crystals (hence the peeling name) thereby removing the most superficial layer of skin (epidermis), promoting collagen production, and therefore rejuvenection. This type of treatment is idicated to combat acne scars, fine wrinkles, expression lines, skin spots, post-surgical scars, very large pores and body stretch marks. The procedure last between 20 and 30 minutes and is completely painless, it's a small skin cleansing them the crystals is used together with vacuum doing dermabrasion, and consequently removing the outer layer of the skin. When you finish to the skin section presents with redness and indicated the use of sunscreen and moisturizers every day and avoid sun exposure in the first days after the treatment. The results are satisfactory in about 5 sessions, with a period of 15 days between them. The contraindications include skin infection at the side on which to perform the peeling, for pregnant women the procedure can't only be performed in the abdominal area. The procedure can be done by dermatologist, physical therapist or esthetician.

POR: O peeling de diamante é um tratamento estético que esfolia a pele mais profundamente do que uma esfoliação realizada com cremes esfoliantes, ela utiliza de um aparelho que possui ponteiras que vão "lixando a pele". O procedimento retira as células mortas da epiderme (camada superficial da pele), podendo ser utilizado para combater manchas, rugas, sardas, acne, cicatrizes de acne, poros dilatados e estrias. Ele funciona estimulando a produção de colágeno e elastina, que são fundamentais para manter uma pele uniforme e saudável. As sessões duram entre 15 e 30 minutos dependendo da área a ser tratada e para um resultado satisfatório pode-se fazer cerca de 5 sessões com intervalo de 15 dias entre cada uma. As contraindicações incluem pele muito sensível, além de infamações (causadas por acne por exemplo) no local a ser realizado o procedimento. O procedimento pode ser feito por dermatologista, fisioterapeuta ou esteticista.

ENG: The diamond peel is a cosmetic treatmente that exfoliates the skin more deeply than a scrub made with exfoliating creams, it used a devide that has tips that will "sanding the skin". The procedure removes dead cells from the epidermis (top layer of skin) and can be used to combat blemishes, wrinkles, freckles, acne, acne scars, large pores and stretch marks. It works by stimulating of collagen and elastin, which are essential to maintain a uniform and healthy skin. The sessions last betweem 15 and 30 minutes depending on the area to be treated and a satisfactory result can be made about 5 sessions with an interval of 15 days between each. Contraindications include very sensitive skin and inflammations (caused by acne for example) at the side to be performed the procedure. This treatment can be done by a dermatologist, physical therapist os esthetician.

POR: Oi gente bonita !! Tudo bem com vocês ?? Há algumas semanas atrás eu fiz um post mostrando alguns dos livros que quero ler e atendendo a pedidos vim comentar um pouquinho mais sobre os mais pedidos nos comentários !! Espero que gostem !!

O menino da mala (The boy in the suitcase)

POR: Nina Borg é uma enfermeira da Cruz Vermelha que, em segredo, cuida de imigrantes ilegais. Obcecada por trabalho, já percorreu diversos países para ajudar os mais necessitados e já presenciou horrores inimagináveis. Quando sua amiga Karin lhe pede um simples favor, ela aceita na mesma hora e recebe a chave de um guarda-volume da  estação ferroviária, onde encontra uma mala no qual se encontra um menino de 3 anos nu e dopado, mas vivo. O exagerado senso de dever da enfermeira a força a levar o garoto sem pedir ajuda à polícia (será que ela poderia confiar na polícia?) e resolver tudo por conta própria. Nina não tem nem tempo de pensar direito porque logo um brutamontes furioso aparece atrás do garoto. Será que ela está diante de um caso de tráfico de crianças ? Ela sabe que esse sentimento de obrigação já vem arruinando seu casamento, mas acaba mais uma vez inventando uma história para o marido e sumindo sem dar notícias para ir ao encontro de Karin, a única que pode esclarecer o que está acontecendo. Quando ela descobre que a amiga foi brutalmente assassinada, Nina se dá conta de que sua vida está ameaçada e que o garoto também precisa ser salvo, mas para isso é preciso descobrir quem ele é, de onde veio e porque está sendo caçado. O mais importante para Nina é entender o que está acontecendo e salvar a criança mesmo que tenha que sacrificar sua vida para isso.

ENG: Nina Borg is a Red Cross nurse who secretly cares for illegal immigrants. Obsessed with work, she has toured several countries to help those most in need and has witnessed unimaginable horrors. When her friend Karin asks you a simple favor, she accepts at the same time and gets the key to a guard-volume railway station, where she finds a bag in which there is a 3 year old boy naked and drugged but alive. The exaggerated sense of duty nurse the strength to take the boy without police assistance (could she trust the police?) and solve it yourself. Nina has not even time to think right because soon a furious brutes appears behind the boy. Is she on a case of child trafficking? She knows that this feeling of obligation is already ruining your marriage, but just once more inventing a story to her husband and disappearing without giving news to go to Karin against, the one who can explain what is happening. When she learns that her friend was brutally murdered, Nina realizes that his life is threatened and that the boy also needs to be saved, but for that she needs to find out who he is, where it came from and why he is being hunted. Most important for Nina is to understand what is happening and save the child even if she has to sacrifice her life for it.

A rainha vermelha (Red queen)

POR: O mundo de Mare Barrow é dividido pelo sangue: vermelho ou prateado. Mare e sua família são vermelhos (plebeus, humildes) destinados a servir uma elite prateada cujos poderes sobrenaturais os tornam quase deuses. Entretanto, numa reviravolta do destino, ela consegue um emprego no palácio real, onde em frente ao rei e a toda a nobreza, descobre que tem um poder misterioso. ENG: The world Mare Barrow is divided by blood : red or silver . Mare and her family are red ( commoners , humble ) intended to serve an elite silver whose supernatural powers make them almost gods. Mare steals what she can to help her family survive and have no hope of escaping the miserable village where she lives. However, in a twist of fate , she gets a job in the royal palace , where in front of the king and all the nobility , discovers she has a mysterious power . But how would this be possible , if her blood is red ? Amid the intrigues of the noble silver the girl's actions will trigger a violent and deadly dance that will put prince against prince and Mare against his own heart.

POR: Fallen, que pode ser traduzido como Anjo caído, conta a história de Luce. Algo parece estranhamente familiar em relação a Daniel Grigori. Solitário e enigmático, ele chama a atenção de Luce logo no seu primeiro dia de aula no reformatório. A mudança de escola foi difícil para a jovem, mas encontrar Daniel parece aliviar o peso das sombras que atormentam seu passado: um incêndio misterioso, que provocou a morte do garoto que gostava, levou Luce até ali. Irremediavelmente atraída por Daniel, ela quer descobrir qual é o segredo que ele precisa tanto esconder, uma verdade que poderia matá-la. A beleza pode ser um problema ??

POR: Oi gente bonita !! Tudo bem com vocês ?? Hoje vim conversar com vocês sobre algo que afeta não só as mulheres, mas principalmente a elas: a beleza. Você já deixaram de fazer algo, como ir á escola, à um encontro, uma entrevista de emprego ou até mesmo de falar o que pensa por sentir que sua aparência não está adequada ?? Por incrível que pareça 72% das mulheres já fizeram isso !!

ENG: Hi beautiful people !! How are you ?? Today I came to talk to you about something that affects not only women , but especially to them : the beauty . You have already left to do something , like going to school , to a meeting , a job interview or even speak your mind to feel that your appearance is not suitable ?? Amazingly 72% of women have done it !!

POR: A Unilever fez uma pesquisa em 2005 em 10 países com 3300 meninas e mulheres para saber o que elas pensam sobre beleza. 92% das meninas (entre 15 e 17 anos) querem mudar algo no corpo, sendo na maioria dos casos perder peso, e 97% acreditam que essa mudança física melhoraria sua auto-estima. O que não é bem a verdade !! Já que as mudanças podem ser consideradas uma não aceitação de si mesma. Quando a auto-estima está baixa 14% das brasileiras se sentem feia, enquanto em outros países isso acontece com 5% das mulheres.

ENG: Unilever did a survey in 2005 in 10 countries with 3300 girls and women to know what they think about beauty. 92 % of girls (between 15 and 17 years) want to change something in the body , and in most cases lose weight , and 97 % believe that this physical change would improve their self-esteem . What is not quite true !! Since changes can be considered a non- acceptance of herself. When self-esteem is low 14 % of Brazilian feel ugly , while in other countries it happens to 5 % of women.

POR: Pasmem gente !! 52% das adolescentes brasileiras gostariam de realizar algum tipo de cirurgia plástica e 15% admitiram que sofrem algum transtorno alimentar.

ENG: Amaze us !! 52 % of Brazilian teenagers would like to do some kind of plastic surgery and 15 % admitted suffering an eating disorder.

POR: O sofrimento diante um atributo que deveria ser usufruído com tranquilidade é muito alto !! A mídia influencia e muito nesta parte passando a imagem da mulher perfeita que todas devemos seguir, vendendo assim uma insatisfação crônica às mulheres, que acabam acreditando que para se encaixar na sociedade devem ser perfeitas !!

ENG: Suffering on an attribute that should be enjoyed with tranquility is too high !! The media influences and this part through the image of the perfect woman that all should follow , so selling a chronic dissatisfaction to women, who end up believing that in order to fit into society should be perfect !!

POR: Existe uma crença de que a beleza traz auto-estima, mas na verdade é o contrário. O desenvolvimento da auto-estima através do amor que a pessoa tem por si mesma e sua auto-aceitação incondicional traz consigo uma visão positiva e tranquila da própria beleza. Faz com que possamos julgar se o que vem de fora fará ou não bem para nós mesmas e  o mais importante faz com que busquemos o que é bom para nós e não para os outros.

ENG: There is a belief that beauty brings self-esteem, but it is actually the opposite. The development of self -esteem through love that one has for herself and her unconditional self-acceptance brings a positive and peaceful vision of beauty itself . It means that we can judge whether what comes out will or not well for ourselves and the most important causes us to seek what is good for us and not for others.

POR: A base da auto-estima é a aceitação de si mesma. Não por ser bonita ou ter um manequim 36, mas sim por existir. Bom gente, espero que tenham gostado de texto de você !! Isso foi para que possamos refletir !! Me contem o que pensam a respeito, eu vou adorar saber !!

O que fazer em Belo Horizonte ??

POR: Oi gente bonita !! Tudo bem com vocês ?? Essa foi a minha quinta ida a Belo Horizonte, graças a essa vida de concurseira (rsrs), e resolvi compartilhar com vocês um pouquinho do que eu faço por lá e que vocês também podem se forem a cidade !!

ENG: Hello, beautiful people !! All right with you ?? This was my fifth trip to Belo Horizonte , thanks to this life who is paying contest ( lol ) , and I decided to share with you a little of what I do there and you can also if the city !

Hotel Belo Horizonte Othon Palace

POR: Eu já estive em quatro hotéis na cidade e confesso que esse foi meu preferido !! Eu costumo fazer reservas pelo booking.com (que encontra os melhores preços e é bem confiável). Esse hotel possui uma sala de estar no quarto, além de banheira (amei *-*), um café da manhã maravilhoso, além das piscinas !!

ENG: I've been to four hotels in the city and I confess that this was my favorite !! I usually make reservations through booking.com ( which finds the best prices and is well trusted ) . This hotel has a lounge in the room , and bath (loved * - * ) , a wonderful breakfast, in addition to the pools !!

Shopping Pátio Savassi

POR: Esse shopping é maravilhoso !! Se você, assim como eu, não conhece e não tem na sua cidade lojas como a MAC e a Forever 21 é a hora de conhecer !! Foi a primeira coisa que eu fiz !! (rsrs) Além de tudo ainda tem uma das maiores livrarias do Brasil e a loja de cosméticos Adcos tem produtos perfeitos pra sua pele.

ENG: This mall is wonderful !! If you , like me, do not know and do not have in your city stores such as MAC and Forever 21 is the time to know !! It was the first thing I did !! ( lol ) After all still have one of the largest bookstores in Brazil and cosmetics shop Adcos has perfect products for your skin.

POR: Ainda no Shopping Pátio Savassi encontramos um restaurante maravilhoso, com pratos deliciosos e um atendimento pra não colocar defeitos !!

ENG: Also in the Shopping Patio Savassi we found a wonderful restaurant with delicious dishes and a call to not put defects !!

Shopping Diamond Mall

POR: Aqui você vai encontrar a Saraiva, que eu pessoalmente adoro e tem preços bem em conta, um cinema super confortável, você também poderá provar as pizzas do Pizza Hut que eu particularmente gostei muito e deliciar com uma sobremesa (petit gateau) no Parrilla.

ENG: Here you will find Saraiva , which I personally love and have good prices into account, a comfortable super cinema, you can also taste the pizzas from Pizza Hut I particularly liked a lot and indulge in a dessert ( petit gateau ) on Parrilla .

Então dando sequência ao Desafio Operação Estilo que estou participando (se ainda não viu a parte 1 clique aqui) hoje eu mostrarei as dicas de look, make e cabelo que a Jaque me recomendou !! ENG: Hi beautiful people !! How are you ?? So giving sequence to Challenge Operation Style I'm participating (If you don't see the first part yet click here) today I'll show the looks' tips, make up and hair that Jaque recomended to me !! POR: Para os looks de lazer temos algumas saias com blusas soltinhas além de shorts soltinhos !! O uso de colete e blazer também está liberado.

ENG: To the recreation's look we have some skirts with t-shirts and fluffy shorts !! The use of  vest and blazer it's realezed.

POR: Para o look de trabalho temos vestido liso, saias retas ou calças tipo pijamas !! Eu não sou muito ligadas em calças flare, mas irei tentar !!

ENG: To the work's look we have smooth dress, straight skirts and pants like pyjamas !! I'm not very fan of flare pants, but I'll try !!

POR: Como eu amo vestidos gente !! <3 Os mais indicados são os tipo envelope, com marcação na cintura ou estampas na horizontal.

ENG: How I love dresses my people !! <3 The most indicated to me are like envelope, with wais marked or with horizontal prints.

POR: Listras verticais são as mais indicadas, mas também podemos usar roupas lisas e até com estampas de oncinha que eu amo !!

ENG: Vertical prints are the most indicated, but we can use plain clothes and ultill with animal print I love it !!

POR: O que devemos evitar são calçar justas, boleros e mostrar a barriga nas roupas. Não use blusas apertadas, e se preferir usar top cropped, use com uma peça (saia, shorts ou calça) de cintura alta.

ENG: What we must avoid are skinny jeans, boleros and show the belly in the clothes. Don't use tigh blouses, if you prefer to use top cropped, use with one item (skirt, shorts or paint) waist high.

POR: Para a make devemos apostar em tons de marrom para os olhos e nude para os lábios.

ENG: To make up we must bet in brown' tones for the eyes and nude to the lips.

POR: Para os cabelos podemos apostar em um tom mais dourado nas pontas com corte repicado e uma possível franja longa.

ENG: To the hair we must bet in a gold tone to the hair tips with peaked cut and possibly a long bang.
